  1. Extract and configure environment variables Copy .env.example to .env and fill in: TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID, TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN, TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER, AGENT_PHONE_NUMBER, PUBLIC_BASE_URL, NOTION_TOKEN
  2. Install dependencies npm install
  3. Build the frontend npm run build
  4. Deploy to production Deploy to Railway, Render, Fly.io, or your own Node.js host with HTTPS
  5. Embed in Notion Paste your deployed URL into Notion and select "Embed"

✓ Transcription enabled
✓ Auto-save to Notion

All calls are automatically recorded and transcribed. Transcripts are saved to the lead's Notes field in Notion. See README.md for complete deployment instructions and compliance requirements.
